An Erotic and Eventful Fantasy for Your Valentine’s Day

Are you looking for a steamy read for these few days leading up to Valentine’s Day?  Or perhaps are you hungry for a book that fuses adult situations with fantasy and adventure?  Well, let me introduce you to newcomer author Amy Knickerbocker’s Bound by Fate which is a book from her forthcoming The Strong series.  In this sexy, lustful tale of witches, vampires, and supernatural beings called daemons, a future king (daemon) by the name of Toran is depressed by an ancient prophecy that prevents him from fulfilling his desires for a pure-blooded faine (a type of vampire) called Liv that he captures from our world’s Las Vegas.  Toran is supposed to marry his own kind, a female daemon, and only needs the faine for her special mothering skills to raise their sons when they are born.  He has a cousin by the name of Merus (another daemon) who is loyal and protective of him who has his own sights set on Liv’s best friend Mandy (a witch).  Toran and Merus are natives of Venn Dom, a realm exclusively for their kind (known as Vimora daemons) that is “parallel to our world’s Scottish Highlands.”  There are other characters and subplots in this book but the aforementioned are the mains.

I guess this book has something for everyone if male readers can stomach the hot, hot, hot love scenes…lol.  There is soft violence that ensues between Toran, Merus, and their fellow male characters.  Personally, I find the story is pretty much for the romance crowd, especially erotic/paranormal bookworms out there as there is no filter to the descriptions and the language used throughout.  In all honesty, this book is definitely “Unrated” and if you read it with Hershey’s kisses and wine over Enya’s music streamed on Spotify or Pandora, the experience will be a dreamy and romantic one at best.  This is why I suggest you read it alternately with your man, or woman, on Valentine’s Day night with the both of you as scantily dressed as possible making room for some passion later on…lol.

So what are you waiting for?  Do you want to find out what will happen to Toran, will he bed the faine and dispose of his betrothed?  Will the faine stop the wedding and put up a catfight with Toran’s fiancée?  Will the witch and Merus eventually come together by the end?  Oh and will the prophecy be realized or ignored?   I guess you will have to buy the book to spice up your February 14 because Knickerbocker is one talented writer in her genre!
